HISTORY
GLOBAL ENERGY STRATEGIC PARTNERS, a Limited Liability Company ("GESP") founded by William E. Lewis, Esq., in 2002
In early 2000 Mr. Lewis served as business and legal affairs counsel to Compact Manifolds, Inc. ("CMI"), subsequently renamed "Compact Manifolds International, Inc." ("CMII"), through his longstanding friendship and business relationship with CMII's Founder and CEO, Vernon Green. As a result of several business transactions, both domestically and in Africa, Mr. Green encouraged Mr. Lewis to consider more direct involvement in the energy sector and the future of energy's global impact accordingly. Shortly thereafter GESP was established in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In addition to Mr. Lewis the management team of GESP includes senior level experts, with backgrounds and experiences in accounting, energy, governmental and legal affairs. GESP has also established significant relationships with, and inclusion among its Team members, African business leaders, entrepreneurs and legal experts.
